Usually we send the pieces through Mail box and the cost rate is 10$. We are open to send you the pieces with any other company of your preference.
Delivery time are 10 business day. An update email will be sent to you once your order has been processed and dispatched.
If after receiving the product you are not happy with it, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org explaining your situation and we will evaluate the case. If your case proceeds we will send you the return card for you to print it.
Post the item back to us within 7 days of receipt via Registered Post. Ensure the item is in its original packaging and all packaging items are included (tags, wrapping, cards, bags, etc.)
Notice that we cannot accept items that have been worn.
Personalized pieces can’t be return unless a production mistake occurred.
If after receiving the product, you are not happy with it, you can exchange it for any other item within 7 days after receiving the piece. You should send us an email to email@example.com so we can send you the exchange card.
You can choose to pay with Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards. Payment is only debited from your card at time of dispatch.
You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log-In'. Review the amount and review shown before clicking 'Pay Now'.
